These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Perform InsideOut, including online masterclasses, programs, and digital products. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Perform InsideOut provides online coaching, live masterclasses, group programs, and digital training materials. All services are for educational and personal development purposes only and do not replace medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.

 

3. Enrollment & Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • Payment plans are provided as a convenience. By choosing a payment plan, you commit to completing all installments. A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled at will.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Digital products:
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once your purchase is completed.

Live masterclasses programs and courses:
All enrollments are final. Because these programs are delivered live and have limited spots, no refunds are available once you have secured your place. If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, please contact us before enrolling.

Perform InsideOut reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered access to a new date or a credit.

 

5. Delivery of Services

  • Access details for online products and masterclasses will be provided via e-mail and/or Kajabi after purchase.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are accurate and that you have the necessary internet access and equipment.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, audios, PDFs, and recordings, is the exclusive property of Perform InsideOut.
  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for private use only.
  • It is not permitted to share, copy, reproduce, or resell any material without prior written permission.

 

7. Results Disclaimer

  • Perform InsideOut does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  • Your progress depends on your own effort, commitment, and personal situation.
  • By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your participation and results.

 

8. Liability

  • Perform InsideOut is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of its services or materials, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • Participation in live sessions is at your own responsibility.

 

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.

 

11. Disclaimer – No Medical or Therapeutic Services

Perform InsideOut provides coaching and educational services only.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. The methods and tools used (including coaching, hypnotherapy techniques, NLP, breath and nervous system practices) are intended for personal growth and performance development, not as a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

If you are currently under medical or psychological care, please consult with your doctor or licensed therapist before participating.
